Jaime Reid graduated from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 2008. She has worked in the independent pharmacy industry since she graduated, first starting in Maryland before joining Williamsburg Drug Company after relocating to Virginia.
Having specialized in the treatment of infertility, she found herself drawn to learning more bout ht bigger picture related to overall health and wellness. Having earned her endocrinology certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), she has since concentrated on discovering new tests available to address patient concerns. In particular, how the tests can paint a picture to illuminate specific hormonal or nutrient deficiencies.
Outside of the pharmacy, Jaime enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband and four lovely children.
Deborah Prosek is a proud graduate from The Ohio State University, which annually is one of the top 10 pharmacy programs in the nation. Throughout her entire college career, she was employed at a local independent pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio. It was at this same pharmacy that she was able to complete internship hours, with an emphasis on compounding medication.
After moving to Virginia, Deborah took advantage of opportunities throughout the different fields of Pharmacy. She headed one of the first pharmacy-based immunization programs in the Commonwealth of Virginia and was the lead in a national medication therapy management program for a large pharmacy chain.
Throughout her career, and on her own journey most importantly, Deborah began to develop a passion for functional medicine and, seeking a way to get back to her roots of truly helping patients, joining the team at Williamsburg Drug Company was a no-brainer. Deborah has most enjoyed developing and building relationships with practitioners and educators to better help her patients.
Deborah and her husband, Greg, enjoy a super active lifestyle of skiing, sailing, running, hiking and all things outdoors! They also looove their two English Cocker Spaniels!
Meredith Gray Kelderhouse graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2020. Before pharmacy, Meredith’s passion was dance. She started dancing at the age of four and was a dance major at the University of South Carolina before starting pharmacy school.
Meredith found her love for compounding pharmacy in her senior year of high school, while shadowing at an independent pharmacy in her hometown of Roanoke, VA. After her first year of pharmacy school, she completed an Introductory Practice Experience (IPPE) with T.W. Taylor at Williamsburg Drug Company. Since completing her rotation with WDC, in 2017, Meredith took an introductory, veterinary, and advanced compounding course with the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA). In June 2019, Meredith was able to complete another rotation with PCCA; an unforgettable experience! For Meredith, compounding is all about a strong collaborative relationship between practitioners, pharmacists, and each patient in order to make the best, personalized medication for our patients, animals or humans.
When Meredith is not in the pharmacy she enjoys Pilates, fishing, boating, and spending time with her family on the James River.
Ken Leary graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in 1989. While earning his degree, he discovered a passion for personal interaction and involvement with patients through an internship at an independent pharmacy. For the next 17 years, Ken carried his passion for patient-centered care through his work as a pharmacist in the independent pharmacy industry. He then moved to Virginia where he transitioned to working as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager within corporate chain pharmacies. Over his next 10 years, Ken realized that he missed the one-on-one connection and involvement with patients that allowed him to make a difference in their lives.
Thankfully, he was able to bring his passion to Williamsburg Drug Company, where he has been able to share exciting discoveries and treatment approaches that are critical for successful outcomes with patients.
An avid sports fan, having ran track and cross country, and competing as a wrestler in high school, Ken enjoys staying active and exercising. He played baseball into his late thirties and, growing up in Rhode Island, he roots for the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. He also enjoys golfing and both, salt and fresh, watering fishing. Ken also has 5 children from the ages 10 – 27.
