Jaime Reid, PharmD, ABAAHP, FAAMM

Pharmacist / Functional Medicine Practitioner

  • Education:

  • Work Experience: Always has worked for Independent Pharmacies since graduating, first at Austin Pharmacy in Baltimore and Hunt Valley, MD and also at Papermill Pharmacy in Jacksonville, MD before settling at Williamsburg Drug!
  • Awards & Accolades: American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners, Fellow in Metabolic Medicine
  • Expertise: Functional Medicine
  • Passion: Her husband and children, Healthy Aging (seriously!) and all things related,  AND her passion of petting all the dogs she can!
  • Interests:  Running, strength training, and    She would be in the mountains all day everyday if she could. 
  • Favorite Food: Any kind of Indian Food
  • Favorite Movie: Anyone who knows her, knows she doesn’t watch movies.  She will watch them, but more likely to fall asleep or start folding laundry, lose the plot, and definitely not be able to talk about the movie the next day. 
  • Favorite Vacation Spot: Mountains, no specific mountains, but definitely the mountains. Her favorite so far would be the mountains in Pisgah National Forest or near Black Mountain, North Carolina.

Jaime Reid graduated from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 2008. She has worked in the independent pharmacy industry since she graduated, first starting in Maryland before joining  Williamsburg Drug Company after relocating to Virginia.

Having specialized in the treatment of infertility, she found herself drawn to learning more bout ht bigger picture related to overall health and wellness. Having earned her endocrinology certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), she has since concentrated on discovering new tests available to address patient concerns. In particular, how the tests can paint a picture to illuminate specific hormonal or nutrient deficiencies.

Outside of the pharmacy, Jaime enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband and four lovely children.

Deborah Prosek, R.Ph.

Compounding Pharmacist / Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Specialist

  • Education: The Ohio State University
  • Work Experience: Her work experience has covered several facets of the pharmacy industry  inclusive of Compounding, Sales, Independent, Retail, Hospital & Clinical Experience.Throughout her entire college career, she was employed at a local independent pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio. It was at this same pharmacy that she was able to complete internship hours, with an emphasis on compounding medication. After moving to Virginia, Deborah took advantage of opportunities throughout the different fields of Pharmacy. She headed one of the first pharmacy-based immunization programs in the Commonwealth of Virginia and was the lead in a national medication therapy management program for a large pharmacy chain.

  • Expertise: Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
  • Passion: Helping all women navigate menopause gracefully.  No reason for any woman to suffer because so many health providers do not understand the latest medicine. The science is there if we take the time to learn. Deborah has most enjoyed developing and building relationships with practitioners and educators to better help her patients.

Deborah Prosek is a proud graduate from The Ohio State University, which annually is one of the top 10 pharmacy programs in the nation. Deborah has most enjoyed developing and building relationships with practitioners and educators to better help her patients.

Deborah and her husband, Greg, enjoy a super active lifestyle of skiing, sailing, running, hiking and all things outdoors! They also looove their two English Cocker Spaniels!

Meredith Kelderhouse

Compounding Pharmacist / C4 Veterinary Specialist

  • Work Experience: Since graduating in May of 2022, Meredith has worked at Williamsburg Drug Company
  • Awards & Accolades: Hampton University School of Pharmacy Experiential Site of the Year Award for 2022
  • Expertise: Compounding, C4 Veterinary Specialist, Quality Assurance
  • Passion: Having joy and success in both her personal and professional life, her service to others (including animals) as a pharmacist, being a mom to her two four legged children (cat – Archer and dog – Lana) and her family (spending time with them on the James River), and being a preceptor to current pharmacy students to help shape the future of pharmacy
  • Interests:  She was a dancer from the time she was 4 and started at USC as a dance major until she was accepted into pharmacy school, AND boating/fishing on the James River

Meredith Gray Kelderhouse graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2020. Before pharmacy, Meredith’s passion was dance. She started dancing at the age of four and was a dance major at the University of South Carolina before starting pharmacy school.

Meredith found her love for compounding pharmacy in her senior year of high school, while shadowing at an independent pharmacy in her hometown of Roanoke, VA. After her first year of pharmacy school, she completed an Introductory Practice Experience (IPPE) with T.W. Taylor at Williamsburg Drug Company. Since completing her rotation with WDC, in 2017, Meredith took an introductory, veterinary, and advanced compounding course with the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA). In June 2019, Meredith was able to complete another rotation with PCCA; an unforgettable experience! For Meredith, compounding is all about a strong collaborative relationship between practitioners, pharmacists, and each patient in order to make the best, personalized medication for our patients, animals or humans.

When Meredith is not in the pharmacy she enjoys Pilates, fishing, boating, and spending time with her family on the James River.

Ken Leary, R.Ph.

Pharmacist

  • Education: University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy
  • Work Experience: Ken has worked in retail pharmacies for the majority of his career, both independent and corporate chains, with two years in long term care.
  • Expertise: He’s aJack of All Trades!”  or what we call the “VaxKenator” with expertise in administering vaccinations, and all things customer service
  • Passion: Co-Workers & giving the customer a great experience with one-on-one connections and involvement to make a difference in patients lives.
  • Interests: Spending time with his family, watching his son play lacrosse, traveling, fishing, camping, and all things sports
  • Favorite Food: Sushi & Steak, however he’ll eat just about anything!
  • Favorite Movie: He loves watching movies…and can’t possibly pick a favorite!  Loves movies with surprising & unexpected endings or ones that stir up strong emotions.

Ken Leary graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in 1989. While earning his degree, he discovered a passion for personal interaction and involvement with patients through an internship at an independent pharmacy. For the next 17 years, Ken carried his passion for patient-centered care through his work as a pharmacist in the independent pharmacy industry. He then moved to Virginia where he transitioned to working as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager within corporate chain pharmacies. Over his next 10 years, Ken realized that he missed the one-on-one connection and involvement with patients that allowed him to make a difference in their lives.

Thankfully, he was able to bring his passion to Williamsburg Drug Company, where he has been able to share exciting discoveries and treatment approaches that are critical for successful outcomes with patients.


An avid sports fan, having ran track and cross country, and competing as a wrestler in high school, Ken enjoys staying active and exercising. He played baseball into his late thirties and, growing up in Rhode Island, he roots for the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. He also enjoys golfing and both, salt and fresh, watering fishing. Ken also has 5 children from the ages 10 – 27.

Jacob Hyatt, PharmD

Pharmacist

  • Education: Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy
  • Work Experience: Began working in community pharmacy at age 16 with CVS where he was a Certified Pharmacy Technician. He worked his way up to pharmacists, then transitioned into long term care. Now, Jacob works part time for Williamsburg Drug so that he can have time to spend with his three children.
  • Expertise: Jacob believes in honesty and transparency above all else, operates his own website pharmacoconuts.com where he explains complicated medical information in a patient friendly format.
  • Passion: Family,  exercise (the muscle you build today will serve you well in the future!) and options trading.
  • Interests: Kickboxing, Cryptocurrencies, Real Estate, & Beekeeping
